    Old hotel and very poor breakfast with little selection and worst coffee ever which tasted awful. Room not matching with what promised on agoda - they sell Triple room with double bed and single bed, but in reality get 3 seperate beds. On Agoda they not inform about city tax, hiding the total costs.

    The noise insulation of the rooms could be better. If there were a small kettle, that would be helpful.

    No coffee maker or kettle or bottled water in the rooms. No bar as mentioned in the hotel website. Staff quite "cold " and rude. Same cold continental breakfast everyday. Will not go back.

    The hotel has good location near the BOLHAO metro were connect to COACH station and to airport 2 minuts from Santa Catarina street (Igreja das ALMAS) the front desk staff exceptional good well spoke english the room very the only negative point is there is no kettle for brew tea .but there is plenty cafe around
