    Exceptionally beautiful hotel offers an excellent breakfast, buffet style, with two self service espresso machines and prosecco and cold cuts and scrambled eggs and ham, fruits, cereals. Great bed, comfortable room. Good shower, amenities. Impeccable, friendly service.

    Historic hotel is really beautiful, comfortable, and near all the usual sights a first time visitor wants to see. Street can be noisy late at night due to drunks literally shouting in the street!

    Really beautiful, well maintained jewel of a hotel. Exceptional staff. Good wifi throughout. Noisy street at night due to nearby strip joints attracting drunken louts from all over Europe and UK. Otherwise, a fantastic location for exploring the centro storico. Very comfortable bed. All showers, no tubs. Beautiful decor. But best of all is the service.

    My only negative of this hotel is the 16:00 check-in. I was exhausted after a long flight from Bangkok and another from Madrid. That is totally on me. They were very accommodating with allowing me to store my luggage. Others wrote negatively about the breakfast. They are wrong. It was great and well worth the money. I love Porto, and will stay here again.
