Everything! The friendly welcome, the location, views from our room, the very comfortable beds and the breakfast! We have stayed 3 times now and will definitely do so again! A big thank you to Elizabeth for sending back my daughter treasured toy that we accidentally left behind x

Fantastic find - a real gem!

Beautiful house in a beautiful setting. Very friendly lady. Lovely breakfast delivered just outside bedrooms with table and chairs to eat in room. Will definitely be recommending to others and hope to return soon.

Minor detail - Flush stuck on toilet (just had to fiddle with push button to make it spring back up) Little bolt on bathroom door didn’t work- didn’t matter to us but may do to others

Perfect

The location is a beautiful old farmhouse, in a very quiet location off the main roads. The room was large, warm and well lit, with a comfortable seating area and a small table and chairs for breakfast. The continental breakfast was copious, but a cooked breakfast was an optional addition. The bathroom was immaculately clean and well equipped with toiletries. In all it was a perfect stay.

Relaxing home from home in beautiful countryside

Breakfast very good , location had lots of walks which we enjoy as well as pubs nearby. We liked being in a farm setting. Room was comfortable and large - fridge just outside the room. Hostess was friendly and hospitable

A microwave facility near the fridge would have been helpful to heat food up

A night away while visiting Stratford...

we loved the location with it being extremely quiet and the views out the windows..We liked how the breakfast was presented it made a lovely change..They stay was very comfortable and relaxed...

A very comfy stay at a great price

The room was HUGE and very comfy. Breakfast was great. Loved being able to grab what we wanted and eat in the peace and comfort of our own room. Location was lovely. A working farm so you get to see the sheep and the cows near the farm house which I personally loved!.

Be aware that if you are walking over to The Bell pub and it is one of the darker months of the year, you will need a torch! We totally forgot and so crept over the fields by the torch on a phone. Well worth it though!

A lovely relaxing day with super breakfast

We had a lovely stay at Whitchurch Farm Guesthouse with a friendly welcome and easy check-in and out. It's a quiet, rural location, we both had good nights sleep in comfy beds but not too far a drive from Stratford-Upon-Avon and other local attractions which we were visiting. The breakfast was excellent, fresh and a good variety items, served buffet style, and eaten in our rooms, we did not make use of the cooked breakfast that was available for an small extra charge but it smelt delicious. Beverage tray was filled up daily. Fantastic value.

Excellent B&B with great breakfast

Great location for visiting Stratford and surrounding area. Very comfortable, spacious room with lovely views over open fields. Great buffet continental breakfast with lots of choice (cooked option available if desired) each morning, eaten in the comfort of your own room. We were visiting family in Stratford and would definitely stay again.

The guesthouse was set in a lovely location. The host went above and beyond for us and was able to give us an early check in. Breakfast was delicious and the room was very comfortable.

Perfect, a welcome change from impersonal corporate hotel chains

Breakfast we had was v generous and delicious buffet style with homemade jams, fresh fruit and plenty of choice. Our room was large and comfortable with tea and coffee facilities and lovely views from 2 large sash windows. Very helpful and pleasant host and very homely comfortable atmosphere. The farmhouse itself was a fascinating Georgian building set in beautiful countryside

A fabulous return visit to celebrate our wedding anniversary

Excellent choice of fruit, serial, juices, yoghurt, breads, meats, cheeses etc and all fresh for self choice. Plenty of room at the table in the bedroom for eating in comfort.

No Marmite for the toast, but that's not an essential.

Excellent value and handy for Stratford.

We opted out of the cooked breakfast and had a "continental" one. Fruit salad, pastries, cheese and ham. Novel that it was placed on the stairs landing as a buffet so ate in room. Near and easy to get to Stratford on Avon.

Room decoration a bit "old-fashioned" . Sadly no-where to sit outside - as in a garden, No views of surrounding countryside.

This is NOT a complaint, more of a suggestion, The breakfast offering was very good, as non meat eaters we would have liked a little cheese selection, nothing fancy, There was a plenty of ham/salami type choices, so really, a lump of brie or cheddar you could slice off / or indeed pre sliced cheese would have been nice.

Charming house and beautiful views.

Whitchurch Farm B&B is totally charming! Lovely friendly hostess. Very large comfortable room and an excellent, plentiful and multiple choice buffet breakfast, laid out all fresh each morning just outside your room, choosing as much or as little as you like and eat in the privacy of your own room. We definitely recommend and hope to return 😁

Excellent stopover for Stratford theatre visit

Lovely setting. Very rural . Host was very welcoming. Room perfectly adequate for an overnight stay and breakfast more than acceptable. Excellent value overall. Proximity to Stratford was reason for choosing it.
