The Old Paper Shop

Excellent location, very easy access to the property lots of pubs and restaurants within easy walking distance, lots of parking only 4minutes walk down alleyway at back of property. Everything we needed for our four night stay. Very comfy bed,Lovely quirky clean rooms nice powerful shower.

Although no road noise could be heard from the bedroom, there was noise from people above. Toilet had a slight leak so bathroom floor was wet

Gorgeous accomadation feels like stepping back in time in the very best way!!! Absolutely spotless, a great location especially for the High Street and the Theatre where I am working! Loved being able to just walk to everywhere I needed. Accomadation has everything you could need! Will definitely be coming back!

Noisey toilet door.

Loved the location. Although only contacted through text, owner was lovely. Allowed 2 labradors, at short notice. Had to pay £50 extra for the privilege. Place was clean and tidy. Shower was really powerful which we loved. Kitchenette had toaster, microwave, 2 ringed hob, fridge and sink. Bed was comfortable. Plenty of wardrobe space. Would be great for a couple in the not so hot weather.

Not allowed to use the back courtyard although there was a door to it. This was very inconvenient as we had 2 dogs that couldn't be walked due to the extremely hot (34 deg) weather. We had to take them down to the car park as soon as we woke up and regularly throughout the day. Not the owners fault, just due to hot weather. No windows could be opened apart from 1 very small window in the bedroom. Owner did supply a fan. There wasn't an oven or freezer (apart from the little box freezer in the top of the fridge which was frosted up). People upstairs were quite noisy but, we think they had wooden floorboards too so could hear them walking around. Just didn't suit our needs in general.
