In the right apartment. Lovely stay.

There was a drainage smell in the apartment which wasn’t there when I booked the other apartment the first time I stayed.

Had a stale cigarette smell. Big brown patch on the carpet in between bedroom and kitchen.

We had a lovely time and are now proud owners of two black stemmed wine glasses.

It was a great location for exploring and somewhere to go in the evening. We relaxed straight away and had no complaints. It was nice and warm when we go there 😁

No wine glasses. Fortunately there were loads of charity shops so the wine tragedy was averted.

Great central location. Very secure and not far from the carpark. Very clean

If you have the windows open at night, you will get a reasonable amount of traffic noise. The bathroom could do with an extractor fan. As there is no heated towel rail the towels stayed wet all weekend.

A well designed apartment with lots of ameneties, and the comfort of a home from home

The location was great, so close to everything in the centre, with parking very near. When you arrive inform the customer service attendants who will add you to a parking permit, this was a nice touch.

I was concerned about the refundable deposit, as I was unclear of the hold process, so when you leave and the place is inspected if there is no problem, your funds held in PAYPAL are released. Also, something went wrong with the delivery of the email to let me know the pin for the key box, so I had to ring to get in, but they did get back to me quickly
