We only used the property for a brief overnight stay, however it was a nice clean property with all the amenities that would make a longer stay equally satisfactory I have no doubt, great communication meant I had all the info to hand to access the property

Cosy flat with a wonderful host

Flat is spacious, cosy and very clean. The location was perfect, close to city centre. It had everything we needed! Moses was a wonderful host, very easy to contact and really made sure we had a good stay. Would definitely book again

Extremely disappointing with the preparedness and response.

It is spacious and clean.

Bed was not that comfortable but it disappointed was the hot water heater. Everything is on a switch. The hot water heater was on a timer and preset. We woke at 7 AM and there was no hot water. After trying to figure it out I called the phone number listed in the email. It took 40 minutes for a response and when I spoke to Moses, other than an apology no adjustment was offered. We had to heat water with the hot water pot and bathed in the sink. Also the entry into the gated parking is a challenge due to the turns. Beware.

Highly recommended!

Moses, the owner, was fantastic. Great communication - always a speedy reply. Very helpful information sent the day before. Apartment was warm, clean & cosy when we arrived. Location is good & is about half an hours walk form the city centre. Good value for money. We will stay again when we return to Wolverhampton in the future.

Spacious and welcoming

The apartment was lovely and warm and full of fresh air when we arrived. The owners were easy to communicate with and happy to resolve any problems and answer questions. The place was clean and tidy and the beds were extremely comfortable- a god send after an awful journey up. The shower was over and warm too! After receiving a 4x4 as a courtesy car, I was very nervous getting it into the car park as I wasn't sure it would make the e corners, however the owner was very understanding and allowed me to park in the drive area. The place is extremely dog friendly with a lovely park just a 15 minute walk away- for a working cross breed this was very handy! Might I suggest a rug in the large bedroom though, as I did find the dog struggled on the laminate floors throughout with his old joints.

We arrived at night and the place wasn't easy to make out in the dark. The door to the foyer was a little tricky to get open and took quite a bit of effort.

Communication from host was brilliant from arrival till I left. Felt like I was looked after and cared about.

There wasn’t anything really what I didn’t like.maybe parking inside was tight and not so comfortable but my host allowed to park at the front of house which resolved my worries, so nothing to complain about.
