New Inn by Greene King Inns

The Price of the room was cheap £164 for 2 nights 2 people I thought it would be poor I only wanted somewhere to sleep. What I got was surprising could not fault stay. From booking in the staff where friendly and helpful. The hours of access was late plus the young lady on reception said she would be on hand staying upstairs if returning after 11. The room was hot but to be expected as it has been 30°at times outside. We were offered extra fans. Very professional attitude we were both ladies older in years the receptionist offered us a ground floor room after there had been a cancellation which was very welcome and amazing without us asking. The rooms are lovely we had 33 on first floor & were then given 9. It was clean, comfortable and equipped with everything we needed. We paid for fried breakfast which was hot well presented I had a yoghurt while I was waiting. It was perfect. We had a perfect stay I would thoroughly recommend

There genuinely was no complaints the rooms were hot but that could not be helped we had fans. Air con is expensive and not usually warrented

The property is kept clean and friendly. The staff are lovely and helpful and the food is delicious and good value.

No air conditioning although a fan was provided. Quite a distance from town centre. A bit dated.
