The location is convenient, with easy access to all amenities and shops.
No need to use RO water for the water filter. Also, the air conditioner might need servicing as it doesn’t seem very cold.

Nice staff, near to International Airport, good for layover, great for families
Booked a studio with two bedrooms, both rooms ac weren’t working. Fortunately the living room two ac were working, hence could cool down the unit slightly. Basic requirement of an accommodation in tropics is to have working ac. Shower room shower head was spilling and hose broken, water was splashing everywhere, basic maintenance needs to be kept up
