Bed sheet and pillows cover are not clean

Very near to the airport. Just 5 minutes from there to airport for an early flight.
The aircondition is not that great, not cool enough. And the water, i don’t know why but once in the midnight the water supply is bad. And it continues to fajr as we find it hard when we wanted to make wudhuk for fajr prayer.
