The layout is beautiful and spacious. The staff are cordial and very pleasant. The room is very clean and bottles of water is provided. Generally, the facilities provided was better than I had expected.
The walls do not have insulation. The neighbours had children that were very noisy and crying / screaming up till midnight. They also had the TV on loudly. The next day their alarm went off at 5 am and they didnt turn it off till 5.20am. Even with ear plugs on, their alarm could be heard.
If there is no way to add insulation, consider putting all families with kids away from those without. There are two different blocks, one block can be for those with kids and the other block can be for those who want peaceful stay.

very close to the airport , surrounded by nearby malay food stalls , malay kampong . we chose this hotel cos it nearby to Puspakom, we had some vehicle inspection to do . if you want to head to town like Georgetown timing to leave the hotel is imporatnt . don’t go out on peak hours , takes 1 hour to reach town area and traffic is heavy everywhere.
the hotel is old , i think it’s built in 2007, but the maintenance and cleanliness is good . would be nice if they upgrade their interiors .
