Nice room and facilities. Good bed, aircond, sofa, table, small kitchen with sink, toilet, shower. Owner plan to install microwave soon, so thats a plus point. Free kampung parking in front of the studio.
The road is quite narrow and hilly. Quite hard to spot the entrance for the first time. Other than that ok.

Clean, tidy, very comfortable, the host just next door, friendly and happy to help in any problem.
For improvement: - add small fridge - trash bin The road to place is small. The road in front is jammed to Balik Pulau. But that’s just normal. Other than that, this accommodation is superb.
