    My stay at Hotel Pen Mutiara was quite disappointing due to several issues that affected the overall comfort and convenience. The internet connection was poor and unreliable, affecting connectivity for both the TV and laptop. Pest control also needs significant improvement, as ants and small cockroaches were visible in the room. Additionally, there was no rack or shelf in the bathroom to place toiletries and personal items. The housekeeping service was also unsatisfactory, as the cleaner did not seem to vacuum the entire floor area thoroughly. Overall, the hotel needs to improve its internet connectivity, pest control, bathroom facilities, and housekeeping standards to provide guests with a cleaner, more comfortable, and pleasant stay.

    Our rooms should be seaview but we were located on the 2nd floor and the view very bad. The rooms have small cockroaches and red small ants. Toilet acceptable. Restaurant foods very nice. Overall ok ok only.

    Clean n spacious bedroom.. I chck in late nite but the staff very polite.. Use the hotel as transit place for a next day flight... Not far from airport.. Recommended...
