The bathroom door cannot even lock. But for one day stay its okay but not recommended for long stay. The aircond was okay. Have tv but not working. The furniture looks like its from 1900s so much old and damaged.

I stayed in one of the buildings attached to the shop lots, and unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The room was quite dirty, with blood stains on the bedsheets and mould in both the room and the bathroom. Even for a budget hotel, cleanliness and hygiene should be a top priority.
The location is convenient, which is the main positive point. However, the hotel has two separate buildings, and I believe the photos on Agoda are likely of the newer building rather than the older shop-lot building where I stayed. The actual room looked very different from what was advertised.
I hope the management pays more attention to cleanliness and maintenance, as it would greatly improve the overall guest experience.

Hi Agoda Admin, B Hotel Toilet very dirty, very disappointed... Mattress and pillow also not good condition. The floor really dirty , nvr clean properly, no swapped and mop... Very dirty..... No parking facilities, no place to hanging clothes in said the toilet.
Actually we booked this hotel bcoz of near to USM PENANG for international Tournament , so really cannot cancel last minutes bcoz most of the hotel full 31St July until2nd August.... So no other choice, we stay

I think most of people give fake reviews for get Agoda discount.
