    The bed sheet have some stain will need more QC. Otherwise the most satisfying will be the water heater and pressure.

    I stayed at AC Hotel Penang from 20 to 22 October'26. The hotel was exceptionally clean, with good staff, fairly good facilities, a comfortable bed and a good shower, offering excellent value. However, poor noise insulation ruined my rest. Chairs dragging in surrounding rooms were clearly audible, although their source was impossible to identify. I slept poorly the first night and only after midnight the second. Management should urgently improve soundproofing, install carpets or provide chairs with quiet wheels. I am unlikely to return until this is resolved. A comfortable bed means little without a peaceful night of proper sleep.
