    I would not recommend this hotel at all. It was extremely dirty, with stains, dust, and mold everywhere. Seriously, you could close your eyes, shake your head, open them again, and you'd immediately spot another stain, patch of mold, or layer of dust. I only booked this hotel because I had an urgent reason to stay overnight in Penang, and it was the closest option for my convenience. That night, I was sitting on the bed seriously considering changing to another hotel, but I ended up just closing my eyes and getting through the night. The room was dirty, and the bathroom was covered in stains. No toothbrush or basic toiletries were provided. The only amenities available were hand soap and a 2-in-1 body wash and shampoo. There were no other toiletries or accessories at all. There's really not much else to say. Book at your own risk, and thank you for reading.

    The facilities a bit run down. Need to upgrade especially for senior citizen. Room service for F&B quite limited. Need more friendly staffs.
