The reception staff are the highlight of this hotel. Both the afternoon and morning teams during our stay were extremely kind and always ready to help with any questions, as well as providing useful tips about attractions and parking in Siena. The breakfast, cleanliness, and room amenities are very good for this category of hotel, and the overall value for money is excellent.
Pillows are too small, but that's a very subjective remark :)
