Excellent. Best value for money.

Very convenient. Close to the city centre (walking distance of 20 mins). A safe and nice neighbourhood, surrounded by some cafes and restaurants. The parking is safe and spacious. The personnel was friently and highly professional. Th lady in the reception gave us valuable information on how to move around, plus what to see as well as where to go.

Location was terrible like being in the middle of a roundabout, take your life in your hands trying to get across the road. No decent restaurants close by. Breakfast was very poor, like a service station

Far out but great value

Very quiet, plenty of parking and clean room with well equipped bathroom and lots of towels.comfy bed. Breakfast was ample but quite italian, lots of fruit and cake. Friendly reception staff spoke excellent English Lovely pizza restaurant close by- la colonna. We had a takeaway pizza as they were booked for a function . Supermarket close by also

The location was far from town and impossible to walk on the motorway hard shoulder ( no pavements) so we caught the bus as parking in siena is 2 euros per hour and the bus was cheap. Limited options for evening meals near the hotel

I had a great stay and experience in Siena.

The staff is really friendly and helpful. The breakfast is also really good. The room is very clean.

The location is really bad! For pedestrians it’s almost impossible to walk to and from the hotel to the city center. It’s not the hotels fault, but there should be done something. The people of Siena drive really fast with their cars in those non walkable streets.

Andrea at reception desk was super helpful and made us feel welcome right away. His tips for the city were super informative! Give him a raise or promote him!

Our pillows were very hard and flat. We arrived late and a vending machine could have been appreciated.

Great location, 25 minutes walking from Siena center, but there is bus as well. 1,50 Euros The room is excellent, king size bed, comfortable, It has a mini fridge, electrical outlets everywhere. Excellent soundproofing. The shower is great, large bathroom with shaving mirror. Very good Breakfast; amazing staff. Tv and WIFI.

Modern hotel in convenient location & with nice staff.

A modern and bright hotel with rooms of a good size. The room had a good number of power points and the lighting was better than that in many other hotel rooms. The room had a kettle. The staff were very friendly and helpful. There are 2 good restaurants within about 50 metres of the hotel. The bus (number 54) to Siena centre was both frequent and surprisingly easy to use: you can get one way tickets (€1.50 each from reception). Easy and ample parking. Extremely easy access from the motorway.

No dislikes: I would both recommend this hotel & stay there again if I’m back in the area.

i loved how friendly the staff were, the breakfast was amazing and I loved the little touches in the rooms like the mini fridge was stocked with water, snacks and fizzy drinks!

Perfect stay when in Siena

The perfect place to stay when visiting Siena! The staff is very very helpful and nice, the room is just perfect: clean and comfy, WiFi working well, free parking in front of the hotel. You have a buss each 15 minutes going to the center of Siena so it is easy to get around. You can get buss tickets from the reception so no fuss. Thee breakfast is just great!

We Truly liked this hotel. The location was perfect for people who have a car and want to do day trips thru Tuscany, because of accessibility to highways. The hotel was renovated, Extremely clean, and staff were superb ( warm, Considerate, efficient and hard working). Breakfast was excellent. It was a pleasant experience for us. Sherry & Barry
