This lovely little apartment is perfectly positioned (one minute walk to the town centre) to enjoy the local facilities in Falmouth, the beautiful beaches and, of course, the exceptional sailing waters of the Fal Estuary.
Gulls Way sleeps two in one mezzanine bedroom, with a sofa bed for extra sleeping space if needed, one bathroom and the added benefit of a secure undercover parking space.

A lovely property in perfect location. It is a little tired in parts of the property. Our only real criticism was the shower. This just dribbled out unfortunately the upstairs hot water pressure was very weak.

Lovely flat, compact but ideal for one or two persons. Great location and balcony overlooking the Marina is wonderful. At this time of year, however, only useable in the mornings. Disappointed I couldn’t drink a glass of wine in the evening. Nice to have a bath since so much holiday accommodation only have a shower. Nice restaurant just up the road called The Boathouse, excellent Sunday roast.
Nice welcome pack of coffee and tea bags plus 2 packs of biscuits. Only criticism - lack of extras. Only one tea towel and cloth supplied. Also half bottle of washing up liquid, liquid handwash. Everywhere I have stayed before always has fresh bottles provided. Otherwise, a lovely time.

Very uncomfortable bed. Old mattress and lumpy. Needs replacing. Only half a toilet roll provided.
