Appartment have great location for winter (4 minutes by car to the skilift Schmittenhohe), and also for summer (beach by the zell am see is just across the street). The owner has Whatsapp account and if you need something, they are very helpful and fast.. Appartment is good for value..

The appartment was not so clean (however after notification it was solved very quickly :)).

Location: it is very closed to Areitbahn Entire appartment is renovated Anything is new Friendly staff I have asked for a hairdryer and it was provided very quickly( it was also a new item) On the ground floor it is also a shared big room very nice

The heat was stopped during the day The windows are not closed properly so when the temperature was low in the appartment was cold It would be better if exists a vacuum cleaner in appartment to keep clean

Superb

Everything was good and fine other than mentioned in what we didn't like.

We had to leave early because of COVID virus spread and request of our home country (closing of borders, mandatory quarantine etc.) which was not accepted as a reason to leave early and to receive a refund... other than this the apartment is good and at very nice place. That is why my evaluation of this place is so high. But still I dislike the decision of taking advantage of the situation in expense of the guest even that I understand now its going to be very tough times without tourists to get by through the year...

Good

Aparment is just next too skiroom and it’s really easy to unpack after everyday of skiing. It’s specious enough for four person and just outside the room there is extra toilet.

It’s an apartament in a basement. So there are few disadvantages: wifi is not working, there is no tarrace (it’s included in a info about apartment), it’s noisy when everybody is coming back or going for skiing.

Alles gut.

Wir hatten die Wohnung ganz oben. Grosser Tisch an dem man bequem und gemütlich mit einer großen Gruppe sitzen kann (Wir waren 7 Personen). Bequeme Betten. Großzügige Schlafzimmer. 3 Bäder.

Wasser lief durchgehend in der Klospülung. Ausstattung in der Küche könnte besser sein.
