A nice place to stay, with a beautiful view to the mountains and the city.

A nice place to stay, with a beautiful view to the mountains and the city. The apartment is very spacious and has everything needed for a week's stay. Well equipped kitchen. Easy to collect keys, meeting the host at the time of arrival. Parking on premises, under the roof.

The only disadvantage we found was that the beds were a bit too short (for people who are 175 cm +).

A week in a wonderful sunny location

The apartments are located near Kaprun, but still in a quiet location. The rooms were spacious, sunny, clean. The kitchen was fully equipped, the apartment on top had a big kitchen with lots of place so that our group of 8 could all have dinner in it. It has a place to store skies and snowboards, boots, very handy for a ski trip. In the summer one can enjoy the garden area too. The landlady is very nice and helpful.

Our bathroom was clean, but the shower could need an upgrade, I think the silicon joints are not easy to clean anymore.

Very nice and clean apartment with beautiful scenic view from balcony. The kitchen is fully equipped. There is a heated room for skis and shoes. There is also a covered parking space for cars. Very friendly and helpful owner.

The downstairs apartment is spacious and comfortable with a wonderful terrace garden, great for families with children (there is a small playground with a slide and swing). The kitchen is equipped wery well. The location is quiet and convenient for exploring the surroundings of Kaprun and Zell am See. Communication with the owner was excellent.

The bathroom contains only a shower, but there are basins in each bedroom.

Very welcoming host and spacious apartment with amazing terrace view. Top floor apartment has got fully equipped kitchen, large terrace with a view on Kaprun mountain peaks, two separated bathrooms. Great location in quiet area, perfectly suited for families with a car which can be parked under the roof. Special storage room for skis and dryer for boots.

A drawback for skiers arriving from late activities: a ski boots dryer operates 2 hours in the evening (in our case 19:00-21:00) and didn't find any radiators or electric heaters to dry wet clothes over night.

The view was extremely good and Mrs Moozie was very good to us , and the bathroom was very good to us as Arabs we use the hoes for cleaning .

- no washing clothes - window cover wasn’t there and bugs such as flyers and spiders where ease to Enter. - No breakfast included.

Heerlijk ontspannen verblijf

Het appartement was erg ruim en zeker niet gehorig waardoor er gerust een spelletje gespeeld kon worden als anderen lagen te slapen. Niet te vergeten het balkon in de ☀️. Het uitzicht was magnifique en het ligt centraal tussen Zell am See en Kaprun. Beide hebben goede parkeermogelijkheden, zelfs in de kerstvakantie.

Eigenlijk niks. Het was zoals omschreven op booking.com. Waren zeker niet teleurgesteld. Je hebt een auto nodig want het is best een afstand (op skischoenen) naar de bus maar dat wisten we.

Čisté ubytování s nádherným výhledem na hory

Nádherný výhled z prostorného balkónu na zasněžené hory a městečko Kaprun. Super byla také vyhřívaná místnost na lyže a vysoušeč lyžáků. Pronajímatelka byla velmi milá a ochotná. Ubytování bylo krásně čisté a prostorné. Při 6 lidech jsme také ocenili 2 koupelny a myčku na nádobí.
