We enjoyed the stay. The appartment is clean and warm in winter. Easy access and the location is close to Zell and Kapru
Spacy and clean apartment, especially the living room. Floor heating. Balcony. Kitchen fully equipped. Big kitchen table. TV with Netflix. Table games for kids, cards etc.
No ski room in the house, strange shelfs for ski boots, we did not use. No boot heaters. Wardrobes for cloth rather old in the bedrooms (lack of space). The exchange for modern ones recommended. Limited space to put shoes inside / behind the door. Waste and separated waste was not collected outside the house, bins overfilled.

Ubytování bylo krásně čisté a prostorné. Komunikace s majiteli byla perfektní. Celkově moc příjemný apartmán. Doporučujeme!

Tolle Skiwoche in einer gemütlichen Unterkunft. Immer wieder gerne.
Sehr gute Lage, da sehr nah am Skigebiet Kitzsteinhorn. Einige Supermärkte direkt auf dem Weg. Wohnung mit Balkon und schöner Aussicht auf die Berge.

Traumhafter Blick auf das Kitzsteinhorn und Maiskogel, phantastische Lage zu den umliegenden Skigebieten und Einkausmöglichkeiten, sehr hilfsbereite und sympathische Gastgeberin.
Matratzen sehr weich - aber hier hat jeder andere Ansprüche 😉

Super lokacija, lep razgled na Kaprun. Preprosta komunikacija z lastnikom. Čisti in dokaj moderni prostori, dobra opremljenost. V kuhinji vse potrebno, ne manjka nič.

Wir fühlten uns in der Skiwoche hier sehr gut aufgehoben.
Die herrliche Panoramalage mit Blick auf das Kitzsteinhorn und das geräumige und gemütlich eingerichtete Wohnzimmer mit Küchenzeile und Sitzecke. Die Vermieterin war sehr hilfsbereit und immer sofort erreichbar.
Leider gab es keinen Brötchenservice. Die Dusche mit Waschbecken und WC war etwas klein.
