About this apartment rental

This lovely air-conditioned apartment with two bedrooms and two bathrooms offers comfortable accommodation for up to four guests. It is located very near to Estepona marina, only a five minute walk with its restaurants, bars, cafes and supermarkets. Two beaches - Playa la Rada and Playa del Cristo are within a seven minute walk. The apartment comprises of a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and access to the balcony plus a twin bedroom which uses the family shower room. The contemporary styled lounge/diner has comfortable seating for four guests and offers a flat screen television with a high speed fibre optic connection plus full British TV including Sky and several international channels. From the lounge you have access to the large south facing balcony through sliding patio-style doors. On the balcony, with its partial views towards the harbour, you'll find comfortable exterior dining for four, with an umbrella for shade, along with two sun loungers. The kitchen has all mod cons such as dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer and oven. The community provides two swimming pools and it only offers street parking around the urbanisation. All in all, a very comfortable property near to everything that you could require for your family holiday in Estepona!

Great location and apartment is as advertised. Bathrooms are a little dated, but nothing bad. Location is quiet, plenty of sun beds at the pool. Communication with the agent was brilliant, they were very quick to respond, helpful and arranged our airport transfers. Plenty of shops, supermarkets and great places to eat within a few minutes walk.

Really enjoyed our stay. Property is well located near the port with easy access to the town. A nice residential area which was kept immaculately clean. We thought the bed could do with a new mattress and the bathrooms will need updating in the near future but that’s not uncommon with a holiday rental.

Fantastic complex and location. Walking distance to all amenities. Patio chairs need updating as couple were broken, but apart from that apartment was a great base for us. Swimming pool was great and beaches, old town within easy reach. Martin at Time in Spain was helpful and really friendly and arranged our transfers. I’d recommend them. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will return.

The apartment is located in the Puerto Alto complex which is really nice. Well maintained grounds with two great pools, one is gradual to 2m depth so good for young families, the other is 1.6m to 2m so better suited to couples and older families. We went in August and always got a shade when we visited the pool. The apartment itself is nicely laid out and furnished. The TV setup is great, with most Sky channels and also a film library so no need for DVD player. The agent was let down by the cleaning staff before we arrived, but they remedied that as best they could very quickly! Complex was having drain issues while we were there so worth checking this has been fixed before you book. The complex is about 5 mins walk from the port, where there are loads of options for bars and meals and there’s an heladeria down there too. Supermarket right across the road and another in the port. Two beaches very close by, can be walked to, as can the old town part of Estepona. Parking available at both beaches if driving is preferred. All in all, we really enjoyed our week in Estepona. Communications with the agent could not have been any better, great service.

Buen alojamiento, excelente urbanización aunque un pelin retirada de la playa de la Rada. Muy buen servicio del gestor inmobiliario Time in Spain. Tuvimos algún problemilla pero siempre nos aportaron soluciones. En resumen buena estancia.
