This two-bedroom, well located and fully air conditioned apartment offers comfortable accommodation for a family of up to four guests. Close to Estepona marina, so only a five minute walk to restaurants, bars, cafes and two supermarkets. There are two beaches close by - Playa la Rada and Playa del Cristo within a seven-minute walk, both of which offer Chiringuito beach bars/restaurants. The apartment offers a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with bath and overhead shower which has access to the terrace and a twin bedroom with two single beds which uses the family shower room. The comfortable lounge/diner has seating for four guests and offers a flat screen television with high-speed fibre optic internet connection plus international television channels including UK and European languages. From the lounge you have access to the large south facing terrace through sliding patio-style doors. On the sunny balcony you'll find comfortable exterior dining for four guests, plus comfortable sofa-style relaxers for four and two sun loungers. The kitchen offers all mod cons such as dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer and oven. The community provides two swimming pools surrounded by lovely gardens. Street parking is only available for this property. Do note there are some steps to reach the apartment. All in all, a very comfortable property close to everything that you could require for your family holiday in Estepona.
