Well located apartment with 2 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (one en suite), dining room for 4 people, and a fully equipped kitchen. Terrace with fantastic views to the sea pool and gardens.
Smart TV, WIFI included in the price. Gated urbanization with two pools, gardens. Access for disabled. The pools have lifeguards in attendance during the summer season. Free parking right outside the apartment and garage.
Supermarket, pharmacy, and fitness center close by. Located 600 meters to Estepona marina, a lively port with all kinds of bars and restaurants. On either side the blue flag beaches La Rada and Del Cristo.
There are numerous golf courses within easy driving distance. After lovely 20-minutes’ walk to Estepona town center, you will find all kind of services, shops, and restaurants. The distance to Malaga airport is 80 km. Airport transfer on request, ask for rate.
To your comfort, it is recommended to book the apartment one more night for early arrivals or late departures.
*Pool open all year round except in the case of technical failure, storms or severe drought.

Excellent apartment with everything you might need on a good complex. Rosa was brilliant throughout with prompt communication from booking to arrival, nothing was too much trouble and her colleague Yaren was also really helpful. We booked an airport transfer through Rosa which was great and efficient. Happy to recommend them. The only comment on the property was that the sun disappeared by about 4pm in mid-late June, so if having sun on the patio in the late afternoon and evening is important this might not suit.

Fantastic apartment, Fantastic location, stunning views.Issue with electric tripping out when aur con on.....so caused a few problems but reported so hopefully fixed for next guests.Complex lovely, will return if visit Estapona again......the hill keeps u fit

The apartment is in a great location 5 minutes from the marina. With open an plan layout, theres plenty of room. The bedrooms are a good size with plenty of wardrobe space and coat hangers.The kitchen is very well equipped and has everything you will need.The balcony is larger than most with lovely outside space and a fabulous view!This is great apartment and I would highly recommend.

Lovely stay at this apartment, ideally situated, very close to the beach and just walking distance to the old town. The pool was loved by my two children, there were always sun beds available and it was never too busy.
