In the resort, 900 m from the centre, 50 km from the centre of Gibraltar, 100 km from the centre of Málaga, in a central, quiet position, 50 m from the sea, south facing position. For shared use: 2 swimming pools (seasonal availability: 01.Mar. - 31.Oct.). Outdoor shower. In the house: lift. Communal covered parking space n 5. A fabulous apartment with a spectacular view of the marina.
Very spacious and clean and so well placed for supermarkets and restaurants/coffee bars/pubs.
Also a comfortable and beautiful walk into the old town with a myriad of shops and restaurants.
We would definitely love to return to this apartment.

We had a wonderful stay in Estepona the apartment was everything we had hoped for, it was very nicely furnished, very well equipped and the bedrooms and lounge are very spacious. also very secure we would stay there again without hesitation.

Apartamento a pie de puerto deportivo y a diez minutos de las playas La Rada y El Cristo. Vistas estupendas desde cualquier habitación de la casa. Muy ventilado. 100% accesible también a personas mayores. Dotaciones necesarias y suficientes con algo de cortesía más.

Très belle location avec vue imprenable sur le port d'Estepona. Seul bémol, la literie de la deuxième chambre à 2 lits qui est moyenne. Matelas pas très épais. Mes filles ont sentis les ressorts malgré le surmetelas
