About this apartment rental

This spacious two bedroom apartment offers an en-suite master bedroom with a king size bed and shower room. The second bedroom is a twin room with a family bathroom. Access to the balcony, with its harbour and sea views, is from the lounge and also from the master bedroom. The apartment is fully air conditioned and offers high-speed fibre optic internet access. It has double glazing windows throughout the property. The air conditioned lounge area has two comfortable sofas and the dining area is next to the kitchen, with space for four guests. The television offers international television channels such as Sky and also recent films and series. The kitchen has a washing machine, dishwasher and plenty of kitchenware. Walking out from the lounge to the dining terrace, with its four chairs and large table, you have wonderful views through the yacht masts to the Mediterranean sea. The apartment has two recently reformed shower rooms with rain shower heads. Parking is within the urbanisation and is on a first come, first served basis. Do note that this apartment does not have a lift and we do not believe it is suitable for children in pushchairs, due to the steps.

Great apartment.Very well equipped. Good WIFI, TV etc.. Comprehensive kitchen.Balcony is great for people watching with a drink!Nice pool close by is access controlled with plenty of sunbeds.Great local beach "Playa del Cristo" a ten minute walk or two minute drive if you are lazy like us!Forget parking onsite and use the public carpark five mins away. It's free, except for market day.Local restaurant tip: "Taberna Mar de Alboran"Best in the port and cheap.

Lovely location, when we eventually found it! (LOTS of keys!) The place was clean, spacious and well equipped, but no basic toiletries. Plenty of shops/restaurants close by luckily. The pools were cordoned off, but not really warm enough to use so not an issue.

The apartment was very clean and well furnished. Check in was fine and the staff were very helpful. Because its very near to the bars and restaurants on the port, some nights were noisy at 3 and 4am with people leaving. Would recommend ear plugs if light sleepers. Otherwise we had a great stay.

Clean, spacious well equipped apartment overlooking the marina. Good views. Nice swimming pool nearby on site for exclisive us by residents. Not far from La Rada beach with its lovely clean sand and long, interesting promenade. Picturesque old town 15min walk away along the prom. Plenty of restaurants and bars in and around marina plus two convenient supermarkets. The bars were occasionally noisy at night. Good wi fi and hundreds of British TV channels. We found the TV a bit confusing to operate at first and it lost the signal at times but after reporting it to the site management they immediately sent someone to help us. We enjoyed the apartment and Estepona.

A lovely clean apartment though we had an issue with the terrible smell from the drainage in the bathroom, good central location in the port, a little noisy as it's above a bar, if your not bothered by the noise this is an ideal apartment near lots of bars, restaurants and beaches.

Usually travel to estepona and this apartment is close to everything. Nice with two big bedrooms and one bathroom each. A little bit noisy outside but on the other hand everything else was really good. :)
