What saved our stay was the fantastic service provided by Rosa. As soon as we reported the problem, she immediately and without any complications moved us to another apartment. Communication with her was excellent – Rosa was extremely kind, helpful, professional, and always available whenever we needed something. She allowed us to check out later because of our night flight, and when we forgot a charger from the first apartment, she brought it to us the very same day. We are truly grateful to her for all her help and attitude – thanks to Rosa, our stay ended on a positive note despite the issues. If we were to rate the service alone, it would definitely be 10/10. The second apartment she moved us to (on the 1st floor) was completely flawless – there were no insects at all. Therefore, we can recommend other apartments in the same complex, but unfortunately not this particular one.

The apartment was very nice and well equipped, but unfortunately it had one major flaw that completely ruined the stay – cockroaches. When checking in, we were warned to always keep the terrace doors closed, since the apartment was on the ground floor. We followed this rule carefully, yet insects still appeared in the bedroom next to the terrace. There were traps placed around the apartment, so most of the cockroaches we found were dead, but unfortunately there were some alive as well.
