Faultless accommodation

One of the best apartments we’ve stayed in. It has everything you need, very comfortable beds, powerful showers, excellent air conditioning. Very spacious. Loved the balcony and the separate living room and kitchen. Very large pool. We appreciated the two beach chairs and parasol. Faultless!

Nothing. It is located on a very steep road but not too far up. No problem for people who have full mobility but perhaps a challenge with prams/pushchairs or older people/ less mobile.

Mooie ligging

De ruimte van het appartement. ( gezin met 3 kinderen ) Vlakbij de haven met vele restaurants.

Kreeg een WhatsApp van een andere persoon als het contactnummer waar ik de sleutels kon ophalen met foto's erbij. Ook van de ingang van het appartement. Het is wel goed gekomen maar vond het wat onpersoonlijk.

Para familias inquietas, con buenas piernas

El apartamento tiene una ubicación muy buena, a menos de 5 minutos andando cuesta abajo de un Carrefour Express, un Supercor y el puerto de Estepona. A un paseo de menos de 10 minutos está la playa de la Rada con todos los servicios. Tiene aire acondicionado en los dormitorios y salón, cocina con el ajuar justo y cafetera francesa, armarios empotrados en los 3 dormitorios, un baño completo en suite con bañera y otro con plato de ducha. La terraza está muy bien y con vistas al mar y al puerto. Hay a disposición sombrillas y sillas y tumbonas de playa, palas y cubos para los mas pequeños.Tendedero portatil, lavadora y lavavajillas. Habia articulos de limpieza a disposición y toallas para cada huesped. El salón es amplio y cómodo para una familia, con algunos libros. Nos dejaron las llaves en un café del puerto y pudimos acceder una hora antes de lo previsto. Nos enviaron por whatsapp todas las instrucciones de uso el dia de la llegada.

La vivienda está situada en una colina, con una cuesta bastante pronunciada. No quedaba claro en la web si habia o no parking en el edificio: hay que buscar en los alrededores, aunque al menos no es zona azul o de pago sino libre. Necesita algún mantenimiento, hay poca insonorización y se oye bastante a los vecinos. Hay cartel contra los pisos turisticos y el "abuso" de las instalaciones por sus inquilinos y uno se siente poco bienvenido, el menaje es justito (echamos de menos alguna pinza mas para el tendedero) pero funcional; una pena que la tostadora estaba rota (avisamos pero no se repuso durante nuestra estancia y no hay una parrilla o sartén adicional para el pan). El acceso a la piscina es complicado si no se explica bien, con muchas escaleras. No conseguimos usar la smart tv mas que como tv normal, no se si faltaba algun cable, pero no nos importó. La temperatura del aire acondicionado no se podía subir ni bajar, unicamente funcionaban las opciones "boost" por tiempo, seguimos todas las instrucciones enviadas pero no cambiaba, de todas formas enfriaba, que era lo importante. El segundo juego de llaves no estaba completo para acceder a la piscina pero si la familia no se separa no hay problema.
