Was clean and nice! We had no hot water in the shower at first and the staff came to fix it right away! was excellent!
It is a bit of a walk from centre but nothing crazy! Would still recommend!

The unit is in a very convenient location. It’s a straight walk to the bus and train station, and another direct route leads to the old town and cathedral. A taxi stand and convenience store are just a few steps away.
No toaster, coffee, bottled water, or paper towels were provided. The kitchen was also not properly equipped with basic utensils.

I loved the apartment; everything was spotless. It has two double bedrooms, each with its own full ensuite bathroom. Also, there are doors everywhere and not too much furniture, which is ideal for kids who like to touch everything
Just a heads-up: you have to go to the hotel (1.5km away) to pay the tourist tax. I still don't understand why this wasn't included in the reservation. Also, be aware of the noise from the main avenue.

A major disappointment at the end of our Camino. Instead of a well-earned rest, we dealt with a tedious check-in that required a 15-minute walk from a separate hotel just to get our codes.
To make matters worse, the staff forgot to connect the hot water boiler. I spent a long time unsuccessfully trying to fix it following their instructions, but we never got it working. For a comfortable stay in Santiago, look elsewhere.
