The host was in touch regularly in the days before we travelled, to confirm our arrival time and to make sure we didn't need assistance getting to the apartment. She was ready and waiting for us when we arrived and was very helpful, showing us how things worked and giving advice on nearby shops etc. The apartment itself is really lovely. Very comfortable and modern, whilst still having traditional characteristics. We loved the location - so close to the cathedral and all of the shops, bars and restaurants. The street outside is busy and can be noisy but the double-glazing in the apartment means that you hear none of that when you are asleep. Air conditioning keeps it nice and cool. Overall, this is a fantastic place to stay in Santiago.

We loved loved loved the apartment! Super clean, bed great🤣, bathroom amazing , kitchen fully equipped! Windows kept noises out! Location perfect!

The air conditioning worked but it was in between the bedrooms so we kept the doors open to cool down each bedroom before getting back at night! Not a big deal unless having hot flashes🤣
