Boa localização, a cerca de 10/15min da catedral a pé e com facilidade de estacionar o carro gratuitamente a cerca de 300 ou 400 metros. Boa vista para o campo, janelas amplas. A rua do apartamento é ótima, com pouco trânsito e desenhada para pessoas e não só para automóveis. Há supermercados e outras lojas a menos de 100 metros. Muito interessante a rua em causa ser porta de entrada do caminho francês.
O isolamento entre apartamentos é muito insuficiente, pelo que mesmo os ruídos da atividade normal das pessoas se ouvem, perturbando o sono quando são fora de horas.

The host was very friendly, proactive, and easy to communicate with. She provided thorough instructions and even recommended an area where we could park for free. The neighborhood itself is quiet and convenient, with two grocery stores nearby and several points of interest within walking distance.
This listing was a mixed experience. The unit has significant humidity problem coming through the windows, which has led to visible mold on the walls and ceiling. Noise was another issue, as the upstairs neighbors were very loud and the stairwell has poor soundproofing. Additionally, the photos in the listing do not accurately reflect the current condition of the space — the apartment feels rundown and not nearly as renovated as advertised.
The listing does mention that the apartment is on the 3rd floor, so just be aware that it requires climbing 56 stairs.
