Modern and very thoughtful staff, good communication and location is close enough with walking distance to major attractions (15 minutes), quiet.
Room is bit small (No.17).

Приміщення виконано зі смаком, мінімалізмом , нічого зайвого. Відчувається, що ти вдома, приємно повертатися.
Дуже зручна локація - недалеко від центру та вокзалу. Поруч є прачечна та супермаркети.
Дві перлини цього готелю- це менеджери Єва та Паула, які завжди відкритті до запитань та допомоги, максимально дружелюбні. Ви супер! Ціную вашу доброзичливість!
Це більше питання смаку- досить солодкий запах у приміщенні, хотілось би щось більш нейтральне.
Але в цілому він досить приємний і цікаво що цей аромат має не тільки запах приміщення, але і гігієнічні засоби.
Стіл для обіду досить липкий.
В кімнаті для однієї людини ліжко для більш високої людини може видатися замалим.

Very close to the Old Town and the Cathedral. The hotel is renovated, clean and comfortable. The room was nice and the bed was very comfortable as well. The managers Eva and Paula were also very helpful including recommendations for restaurants. I recommend this place for your stay in Santiago.

Bedroom was clean and nice, the property is also very nice and ideal for people staying for work purposes and longer term
Confusion and awkwardness about the coliving space and facilities which features on the photos but in which we we were told we couldn't use ahead of other guests. no mention of not being able to use these facilities when we booked but were told when we arrived that they were for other longer term guests which we found awkward.
