La atención del personal: muy amables, accesibles y atentos. La ubicación, entre la estación de tren y el centro, muy cerca de todo. Entorno con todos los servicios necesarios, tiendas, restaurantes y cafeterías.
Cama y sofá cama no muy cómodos, en particular el sofá cama, duro y ruidoso. Dentro del apartamento se percibían demasiados ruidos del exterior (vecinos). Equipamiento mínimo suficiente pero excesivamente básico.
