Staff was helpful
Floors were dirty. Crumbs all over. I had to sweep the floors as soon as I came in. I couldn’t walk barefooted with getting my feet dirty.

Nice and clean
So many hills but I guess you can't do anything about that

The location.
Aldarra suites canceled our friends that were also staying there in another suite. They waited until 2 days before our trip to Santiago to notify them, which forced them to scramble to find another property to stay in. Not cool, considering we made these in May. They also had to pay quite a bit more since it was last minute.
