About this apartment rental
Studio loft located on the second floor very bright and recently renovated in the historic center of Santiago de Compostela about 150 meters from the Cathedral (about 3 minutes on foot). It has 30 m2 and the maximum occupancy of the apartment is 3 persons. It is equipped with free WiFi and has a 1.60 bed, a sofa bed for 1 person, kitchen (with induction hob, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, juicer, sanwichera, blender, toaster, kit Cleaning and kitchenware), bathroom with shower (towels included, hairdryer, soap and shower gel). Cot available on request. The furniture is new and tasteful decoration giving the property a modern and functional air but respecting the traditional architectural elements. It also has a garden and terrace gated estate of available in the building at the back and which is accessed from inside the building. Each unit has an assigned with outdoor furniture to enjoy a rest outdoor area. It has individual heating and fire prevention system.
The building is located on a quiet street and little traffic in the old town, free of pubs and clubs. The car comes to the door and you can park around even at 20 m. There is a public parking a cafeteria and a tourism office. It overlooks the Cathedral being able to see the towers from the top apartments. It is within walking distance of all necessary services (shops, supermarkets, restaurants, cafes, pharmacies, etc.). About 50 meters we find the Convent of San Francisco, the Museum of Natural History and the Galician Auditorium all surrounded by stunning gardens and a pond with ducks and geese are the delight of children. In his rehabilitation it has been optimized soundproofing, air conditioning and accessibility of the premises to offer customers top-quality facilities.

We enjoyed our week-long stay in this nicely appointed apartment in Santiago. It was conveniently located in the Old City and within walking distance of all major sites. The apartment had all the amenities needed for a relaxing, self-sufficient stay. The couch was comfortable as was the bed. There was sufficient storage place for hanging clothes. We especially enjoyed our own space on the terrace, relaxing after a day of sightseeing under an umbrella and shaded from the sun. There was some noise from the walkway leading from the tourist bus drop off/pick up to the Tourist Information center visible from the apartment. It wasn’t a huge issue, however. Jose was never more than 10 minutes away if we needed something and was so gracious in picking us up at the train station upon arrival. He was helpful in arranging a taxi pickup for our departure as well. A very pleasant stay!
