Mirian was espectacular, she assisted us in every aspect, even remotely how to get to the parking garage.

Excellent location near the historic old town and Cathedral. Could have slept 7 comfortably. Street was fairly quiet and the location has sound blocking windows which is a major plus in Spain. Great for groups or families. Everything was comfortable, clean and well maintained with some thoughtful touches like food basics, books, games, TV.

A noisy street with revellers outside throughout the night. Property needs sound-proof windows. Not a good system for collecting tourist tax. I duly left it in the flat in cash and it was not found.

The apartment is in a very central location and has a lovely decoration. It is comfortable and well maintained.

However, our experience with the check-in process was disappointing. Miriam, the key holder, provided us with the wrong entrance information for the apartment. When we arrived, we found that another guest had apparently been given access to the same apartment. We tried calling her several times, but there was no answer. When we called from a different number, she answered. After explaining the situation, she became upset and told us she could not answer the phone because she was on holiday. I understand that everyone deserves time off, but when managing holiday rentals, there should always be someone available to assist guests, especially in emergencies. After walking for nine hours and arriving exhausted, being left in such a difficult situation was very frustrating and stressful. Despite the apartment itself being very nice, the lack of communication and support significantly affected our overall experience.
