The location was great, just a few minutes walk to the main centre. The apartment was quiet even though it was on a busy road. We were on the fifth floor. It was nice to have a little balcony to sit out on, we could see the top of the cathedral from it. Good location for buses and the train station.
A welcome pack would have been appreciated. The air conditioning was a little bit noisy.

Check in is at Hotel Lux
There is no reference to Hotel Lux on the Booking so our bags were dropped at another location in the city we had to retrieve them with great difficulty. First i knew of it was when they sent a text message the day before we arrived. Poor communication on their behalf with the advertising on Booking

The property was exactly in the location I wanted. It was cleaned and comfortable.
I was a bit worried as there were NO smoke alarms in any of the rooms 👎

Staff were nice and location was very good, close to a car park and to the old town.
The flat was full of mosquitos and the walls covered in remains of mosquitos squashed by previous guests. Whereas I understand that nothing can be done by the owners to stop mosquitos from being around Santiago, the room could have mosquito nets on the windows. After almost 1 hr hunting down mosquitos we decided not to open the windows and which meant the flat was very warm. Shows signs of wear and tear.
