Zafiro Flat by Serendipia Turismo

El apartamento es grande, estaba muy limpio y las camas son cómodas. Está en una zona cerca del centro pero sin el agobio de la zona turística y tiene al lado supermercados, cafeterías, bares...todo lo necesario. El anfitrión contestaba rápido a los mensajes, la comunicación fue fácil.

Lo que no me gusto es el acceso, hay que instalar una app para poder abrir el portal, lo normal es pensar que para acceder a la vivienda también se use, pero no, es solo para el portal y al piso accedes con una cajetilla típica donde guardan las llaves con un código, unas únicas llaves. No me gusto eso, si utilizas la tecnología para ser ágil y operativo debería ser para las dos puertas. El piso merece la pena y espero que puedan buscar mejores opciones para la entrada.

Great area to spend some evenings

We found the directions to the property difficult to follow

The apartment was a great fit for the six of us (two couples and two children) as it had 3 bedrooms. The kitchen was very convenient and having a bakery next door and being within walking distance of the train/bus station was a plus. The place was very clean, extra towels available and a nice kitchen.

Took us a while to figure out the early registration system online. Confusing. We couldn't get it to work so we had to rely on communication with the owners to get the information for the keys.

WE had the Aptoin app but did not work, however, SERENDIPIA answered our call immediately and opened the door for us remotely. Getting the keys from the box by the door to the flat was easy.

The owner needs to replace the laundry machine: It had stagnant water and mold in the drawer for the soap. WE were informed that the previous occupant reported it broken and they sent someone to fix it, but the man stated it had to be replaced. The owner knew it was broken and did not inform us. This was highly inconvenient especially for 4 adults staying 10 days. The second problem was the shower in the smaller bathroom; it needs to be fixed since water spills all the way to the hallway. We had to dry as much as possible and wasted time; again, this was not a new problem, but the owner knew this happened and did not inform us.
