I Loft Santiago by Upper Luxury Housing

Molto bella , abbastanza tutto nuovo e comodo anche se sei a 25 minuti a piedi dal centro ma comodo per il parcheggio se sei con un auto.

Poche pentole per cucinare , non c è le cose basi come olio o sale o qualche cialda in più per la colazione . Sopratutto quando si parla di soggiorni brevi. Scomodo il bagno al piano di sotto , e metterei qualche oggetto in più perché sembra molto minamal quasi da ansia 😅

Muy bonito, nuevo y limpio. Además, pedimos poder entrar un poco antes de la hora del check-in porque estaba lloviendo, y nos lo facilitaron. También destacar, que el contacto con ellos fue rápido y directo.

Solo para tener en cuenta, si estás haciendo el Camino de Santiago y utilizas el servicio de transporte de equipaje, este alojamiento no admite la recepción de maletas enviadas por este servicio. Es importante saberlo con antelación para poder organizar la entrega del equipaje en otro punto de recogida.

Es amplio y cómodo

The actual apartment itself is incredible. The bed was comfortable and the view was very nice. The building itself was quiet and nice inside.

The overall experience was not great because of the difficulty accessing the apartment and the fact that the air conditioning did not work. I had stayed in many units along the Camino that had electronic access without a problem and this one was nearly impossible. I had to contact them and when they talked me through it I realized the instructions they gave me to enter the building were missing a key piece of information which was a checkmark at the end of the numbers. I would never have been able to get in with the information they gave me. I was lucky that someone was available to talk to me. Also, when I contacted them to let them know the air conditioning wasn't working the person tried to tell me that I rented a unit without air conditioning. I went back to the booking.com itinerary and it said it had air conditioning. They were not able to get it fixed so they moved me to another unit and the air conditioning did not work in that unit either. The location while is on the Camino but it is on the way to the Cathedral if you are working the central route from Porto. I essentially had to backtrack from the Camino after finishing at the Cathedral - so not ideal. Additionally, I had difficulty getting an Uber or Taxi. The Taxi driver could not find the apartment with the address and the GPS coordinates. I ended up giving them the Mercado name and address and that seemed to work.
