About this house rental
Our property consists of two apartments that overlook the same courtyard.
It perfectly suits the needs of families traveling together or of groups of friends, as it has outdoor space where enjoy time together but ensuring privacy at night time.
Cesare apartment consists of one double bedroom with private bathroom with Jacuzzi, a second bedroom with two single beds and a private bathroom with shower, a large living room and a wide kitchen.
Cleopatra apartment consists of a three single beds bedroom with and private bath with shower , a second bedroom with a double bed, another bathroom with shower, a living room and a kitchenette.
Private parking, air conditioning, WIFI internet, safes, washing machine, iron and ironing board complete the services offered.
Guests have access to a common courtyard reserved to our guests where eat together and to the terrace with synthetic grass, sun chairs, barbecue and gazebo.
Close to the apartments you will find small supermarkets are open 24 hours and a typical local market.
Bars, restaurants and pizzerias are just at few hundred meters.
Apartments are 100 meters from the bus stop and the subway is only at 15 minute walk.
The metro station Saint Peter - Vatican Museum is just 2 stops far.

Perfect place for family travelling together! The courtyard was a lovely area to all be together to eat and relax. We had everything we needed to make our stay perfect.

Massimo; property rep was timely and responsive to our many questions prior to arrival. The welcome by Massimo was warm & reassuring of a delightful holiday. Full details of areas offerings, tourists spots and transportation along with neighborhood restaurants. Chose La Piazzetta’s two apartments for 2 families separated by a delightful terrace where breakfast and evening cocktails occurred. Hottest weekend in Rome the apartments were an oasis after long days.

Our stay was great! There were 9 of us in our group and we all had our own space. Renting the two apartments was wonderful,as we had the rooftop patio and court yard. The kids had room to play.
Massimo was so helpful. He had all the information we needed, was great in directions and where to eat. He made our stay easy. That’s what you want. We had maps and directories and he even arranged for our pick up at the airport.
We all had a lovely stay. If I am ever in Rome again, I would definitely stay at this property again.
Just a fantastic way for our group to have been introduced to Rome! Thanks so much Massimo!
