About this apartment rental
Beautiful apartment located at 10 minutes walking from the Vatican and the center of Trastevere.
Well connected to the historical center by bus lines that you can find just outside the main door.
This apartment has been recently restored, it is on the first floor of a modern building with lift.

decorated, the accommodation has elegant white marble floors,
prestigious furniture and tapestries; it is extremely well kept and
offers a welcoming atmosphere with a lot of paintings, artistic object
and family memories.
From the entrance you step into a large and elegant living room with a
double sofa bed and dining area. This room has a small balcony
connected to one of the bedrooms. Following, the fully equipped and
spacious kitchen has also a breakfast table.
The sleeping area features 5 bedrooms. Three bathrooms in total, the third one is in front of the living room.
Each bedroom is beautifully furnished with wardrobes, flower decorations and TV.
The owner is a perfect host and this home is ideal for a big family or a group.
If you wish not to use the sofa bed, on request the owner can add two single beds in the bedrooms.

The apartment is located in an elegant and modern building 600 meters from the Vatican City and St. Peter's, the nearest metro station 300 meters away, and the nearest bus stop right in front of the entrance, which connects 'Chez Nana' with all the most important areas of Rome.
Less than 100 meters from 'Chez Nana' you will find everything you need during your stay: supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants, patisserie, bar, supermarkets open 7/7 24 / 24h, newsagents etc ...
The apartment, air conditioned, soundproofed, completely renovated, continues with hot water with an area of 145 square meters, very bright and quiet, is on the first floor with a lift. The advantages of accommodation:
'If you come by car, parking is easy and free. Otherwise you have 2 bus lines in front of the door to go where you want and the Metro station is 300 meters away. However San Pietro, the Vatican and the center of Rome are very close and easily reachable on foot. Do you want to eat at home? The kitchen is fully equipped (microwave oven, quality cutlery and crockery, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, blender, etc. etc.) and the large and elegant dining-living room can comfortably accommodate up to 10-12 people. Do you like to be always updated on everything? You will find a TV in each bedroom and a SKY satellite TV in the living room. Do you need a PC? We have it, it's free and it's connected 24/24. Do you suffer from heat or cold? All rooms are air conditioned. And to ensure peace of mind they are also soundproofed. And now look carefully at all the photos. Are fine? The apartment is even more so. It is very spacious, bright, elegant, very well-kept, with 3 bathrooms with zero risk of running out of hot water thanks to a continuous cycle system, a washer / dryer, a library available to guests, a flowered terrace where you can have breakfast outside.

The apartment was extremely comfortable, a great location and price. The hostess was very helpful before and during our stay. I would recommend this property.

Reasonable price for a reasonable location. Even though the house comfortably slept 8 people, we were disappointed that the host could not provide sheets for the pull out couch.
