The Vatican area in Rome, with its Museums, St. Peter Square and Basilica, is one of the most recognizable places in the world.
The apartment is located in the central Via Baldo degli Ubaldi, just above the Metro station Line A (RED) "Baldo degli Ubaldi".
This is an elegant and cozy 1400 square feet apartment, completely renovated in 2018, a great accomodation up to 12 adult guests and 3 children.
The Baldo of the Ubaldis Street is a big central avenue, with plenty of shops, supermarkets, restaurants and much more: a beautiful promenade near the Vatican City entrance.
In the apartment there are three bedrooms and a bedroom with a king size bed.
The kitchen is fully equipped and features an additional dining area.
The Smart TV 43 ", is equipped with Netflix Premium 4K and a huge list of International programs.
The room # 1 (the "City Room"), with its modern furniture, features two hotel style single beds (190 cm x 90 cm) that can be coupled to become a super king size bed (190 cm x 180 cm), can also feature a newborn cot and baby bed, which is also a box, free for the youngest and very welcome guests up to 15kg and 1 mt. high. In the "City Room" that makes this accommodation perfect, also to work.
The room # 2 (the "Classic Room"), features a king size bed (190 cm x 160 cm), and can also feature a newborn cot and baby bed, which is also a box, free for the youngest and very welcome guests up to 15kg and 1mt. high.
The room # 3 (the "Movie Room"), dedicated to the movies that Hollywood filmed in Rome, features two single beds (190 cm x 80 cm) and a sofa, which becomes a further bed: , equipped with an orthopedic mattress (190 cm x 140 cm x 14 cm h), around which a sofa was built.
The living room, 216 square feet large, can be used as a further extra large bedroom, with two sofa beds equipped with professional king size mattress (200 cm x 160 cm x 17 cm) h of any good for two adults. There is a dedicated furniture, specially designed for a large wardrobe. We can accommodate a cot or two for children.
The pool table can be converted into a very large dining table (220 cm x 114 cm).
Two full bathrooms, with toilets and showers.

This is the perfect place to stay if you are a family wanting to stay together. The apartment is large with plenty of sleeping accommodations. The location is perfect because it is in a neighborhood of locals, making restaurants and stores more authentic, priced well, and not touristy. There are several restaurants and shops below the apartment. The metro station is a short one-minute walk, and having a car is not necessary. The metro was easy to use. The neighborhood and building were safe and pleasant. Check in was easy, Enrico was there to welcome us, show us around the apartment, provided all the info and gave us local recommendations. The balconies in the evening give you the feel of local Italian culture, and we enjoyed sipping wine while discussing the day. I highly recommend staying here and we can't wait to come back.

There were 9 of us. 2 families and we were all comfortable in our rooms. Plenty of room to have quiet time. 2 bathrooms. Location was great. Close to metro, shops, restaurants and grocery stores. Made getting around Rome easy. Enrico was friendly and available to answer any questions we had.

Enrico was extremely helpful. He gave us a detailed tour of the property to make sure we knew how to operate everything and what was available to us.
Enrico also gave us very helpful dining, shopping, and train suggestions.

Lovely apartment with a very attentive host. It worked very well for 4 girlfriends to enjoy Rome. Comfortable, clean and spacious. Just be aware of the location as it will require taxis or metro to get to the Center. Which worked out fine and was not expensive. The Neighbourhood has what you need nearby.
