Perfect location and Mr. Saleh the receptionist he is nice person.

Building entrance is very dirty and there is no parking.

The hotel is located in the 7th floor of an old house 30 m from the corniche, good location in downtown. There is a working lift. The house itself is poorly maintained, the staircase is really dirty, but the hotel floor is clean. Room was spacious as described, one window to an internal wall (no sea view or whatsoever). Old furniture and decoration, perhaps reminders of former splendor. Comfortable bed and pillows, good bathroom with a mini bathtub and hot shower. Appreciated fridge in the room and AC, although weather is nice in Alexandria even in summer (max 27 C when U was there in June). Friendly personnel. No breakfast. Check amazing cafe on the 5th floor, stunning.

Was double the price vs similar hotels in Cairo but still OK.

Outside is deceiving . The inside is very nice and clean . The view was amazing. I wish the rooms we had were one big bed instead of 2 singles, but for the price it was a great experience. The staff was accommodating and professional.

We had 2 single beds . I wish it was 1 big one . The TV would not hold the chanels ( satalight was not connected properly) The outside of the building had a lot left to be desired but the inside WOW. Very clean and nice .
