We tried to change our room
( by phone to reservations )
to include our special needs daughter in our room.
Not possible by phone & we were told a room for 3 was NOT available.
On arrival we explained to receptionist &
we paid the extra $50 & cot was promptly delivered.
It seems the reservation dept is lacking. They closed @5 pm 🤷♀️& hard to get hold of during other times. Yet the reception staff are very accommodating.

old furniture, broken floor under carpet, you feel it, tap in shower was broken!!
