The good:
Decent breakfast, nice pool (closes as early as 6:30pm), private beach, view from the room balcony, friendly bellman and breakfast staff.
The not so good:
Loud DJ music and noise by the pool area just below our room late into the night despite complaining to the front office about it. Thankfully I had ear plugs to dampen the noise and go to sleep.
Dirty carpet and bed sheet/pillow cases in our room with hair and dark stains, leading to a room change after complaining to the general manager who apologized for the room’s condition but thought it could be related to the washing machine.
One of the pool attendants or life guards was rude to my significant other taking away an umbrella she was using by the pool area without asking her or acknowledging her presence or apologizing even after she let him know she was using that umbrella.
