Location and staff. There was an excellent employee called Amer in the top roof 8th floor. He was very helpful. I really want to thank him very much.
The quality of food and beverage. No fresh juice at the breakfast.

The reception staff wasn't helpful or cooperative they refused to let me check in until 2.30 pm and refused to give late check out until I speaked with Ms. Reham ( guest relations) which managed to give late check out by 1 pm she is very cooperative and keen person.
Also the security insisted to clear the beach by 7 pm although the sunset wad on 8.15pm he said its not allowed to stay after 7 pm on the beach!!! I don't know why
