Lovely decor from the colonial era, large well furnished room, but the wrought iron balcony railings desperately need cleaning and repainting to preserve them. The lift is glorious, and operates beautifully.

The hotel is like a step back in time in Paris.
The staff are very welcoming and it is a grand old building. The location is ideal to see the many sights.

Needs some attention & money spent on this hotel to live up to expectations.
Staff were excellent but the hotel is clearly badly managed.
Breakfast was not efficient, partly due to unusually high volume of people. The ‘ manager ‘ strutted around watching the wait staff struggle .
1 poor man trying to cook eggs for way too many people. It was a long wait for my poor husband !
