This hotel is modern, spacious and clean. It is in a good location to get around Alexandria and has many facilities to make your stay comfortable. We didn’t try breakfast but next time we will. The staff is very caring and ensures that any issue is promptly dealt with.

Everything about my stay at Crowne Plaza was excellent and honestly even better than I expected. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely book here again next time I visit Alexandria.
The room was lovely — very clean, tidy, comfortable, and well maintained. The bathroom was also spotless, which I really appreciated.
What made the stay even better was the staff. Everyone was extremely friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist, even without being asked. A special thank you to Abanoub and Khalid for all their help throughout my stay. They were both wonderful and helpful.
Thank you for such a lovely experience, and I hope to be back again soon :)
The only small point I would mention is that the sofa bed was not quite as comfortable as the other two beds in the room.
