حسن استقبال و معاملة الموظفين و خدمات الطعام
طريقة الوصول للغرف سيئة جدا الاضاءة ضعيفة جدا فى التواليت و طلبت اصلاح الشاور و صرف التواليت و الشاور و تم حضور الفنى المختص و اخبرنى انه حل المشكلة و لكن المشكلة لم تنحل بالمرة و لم اضيع وقتى فى طلبه مرة اخرى و الغرف بها ضوضاء عالية جدا بسبب الشارع و قاعة الافراح التى تحدث ضوضاء شديدة جدا و عدم وجود خدمة تبريد جيدة بالغرف بل هى حفظ لدرجة الحرارة فقط و المقابل المالى بالنسبة للخدمات المقدمة مبالغ فيها جدا مع العلم ان مجموعة فنادق جويل بها خدمات و نظام ممتاز جدا لكن هذا الفندق لم يعجبنى ابدا و شبكة الجوال و الانترنت سواء الواى فاى او الداتا على الجوال ضعيفة جدا و سيئة للغاية لدرجة لا تحتمل
