Dear Hotel Management, I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with my recent stay in Room 1015. Unfortunately, my experience was far below the standards expected of a hotel charging such high rates. First, the bed was extremely uncomfortable, particularly the mattress and pillows, and the overall quality of the room was disappointing. In my opinion, the room did not even meet the standards of a three-star hotel. Furthermore, from 3:00 PM until 6:00 PM, there was continuous drilling, banging, and excessive noise. Such disturbances are completely unacceptable in a hotel of this price and standard, where guests should be able to relax and enjoy a peaceful stay. In addition, the air conditioning was not functioning properly. The room was excessively cold, and I was unable to adjust the temperature to my comfort. I was eventually forced to turn it off and sleep in an uncomfortably hot room. As a result of these unacceptable conditions, I was unable to sleep properly and suffered from exhaustion, fatigue, and considerable discomfort. My entire weekend was ruined, and I was deprived of the relaxing and enjoyable experience I had paid for and expected from your hotel. Given the poor accommodation, excessive noise, malfunctioning air conditioning, and the physical exhaustion and discomfort I experienced, I believe that compensation is fully justified. I am therefore requesting compensation in the form of a complimentary replacement night in an excellent room, at a date convenient for me. This would be a fair and appropriate way to make up for the unacceptable experience I endured during my previous stay. I expect my complaint to be taken seriously and my request for compensation to be handled fairly and professionally. I look forward to receiving your prompt response and confirmation of the proposed compensation. Kind regards, Amal Ahmed
