Mahmoud the receptionist was so kind we had easy check-in and comfortable check out.
We ask for exchange money machine and they had no idea about that even though there’s one in the hotel

Staff are Great! From the front desk employees (specially the morning ladies staff) to the housekeepers and room service staff
1. No Carpets in the room, making a sliding floor! 2. No hand soap! I had to call the housekeeper to get me a hand soap!!! 3. The balcony was horrible! Dust everywhere
